Aji Matthew is a strong follower of Communism. He falls in love with Sarah, an American citizen, who came to Kerala for her studies. But Sarah's parents have her taken back to her homeland to marry another man. Aji decides to travel illegally to America. After a long and dangerous journey, Aji arrives on Sarah´s wedding day, only to learn that she no longer loves him and is willing to marry her fiance. Aji decides to go back to his homeland.
